Henrique Gibi de Pádua is a highly skilled Software Engineering Analyst with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He has a strong technical background in Java, AWS, Python, Docker, and Kafka, and is a certified AWS Solutions Architect Associate and Kaspersky Certified Analyst. Currently, Henrique is working as an IT Engineering Analyst at Itaú Bank, where he is responsible for building systems using Java and Python and implementing cloud solutions using AWS technologies such as SQS, Fargate, and Lambda. In his previous role at GFT Group, he was an AWS Builder and System Analyst, where he designed fault-tolerant and resilient applications using serverless architecture and identified critical stack components to improve reliability. Henrique's experience also includes working as a Technical Support Trilingual Agent at Sitel, where he provided end-customer technical support and configured networks to prevent ransomware attacks. He has a strong focus on service to both end-customers and internal customers, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Henrique holds a degree in Software Engineering from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and a degree in Biomedical System Technology from Sorocaba Technological College (FATEC).
